I paid 0.99 and it's still free. I logged off and logged back in, still nothing. I can provide my invoice number. Please help.

"Hi again,

Thanks for sending the information. We'll be happy to explain what's going on here.

We can confirm at your account with username fizder have pending charges. The pending charges you can see is there because your bank put a temporary authorization on your account. This means they will hold the funds in reserve in preparation for the payment completing. 
As the transactions weren’t completed, you won't get billed. In that case the authorization will expire and the funds will be returned. If you do end up getting charged, let us know and we'll look into this further."

Let's figure this out together.

 

Could you please check the email you signed up to Spotify with and check the reciept for the username?

Make sure you log in with that username, as you may have accidentally created a second account with either Facebook or another email.

I have checked my previous accounts, none of them received premium service and nor emails. I'm sure i have registered a new account, which is "fizder" to be able to use 0.99 promo, however it didn't accept my credit card as i have used it in the past. HOWEVER, i can see a 0.99 payment in my bank account. 

 

Can you help me if i provide you my transaction number i see in my bank account? 0.99 is not a big deal but it will be 9 next month without receiving premium service!

This is what i got in my bank account details (i will reveal *** if you pm me. don't want to show full invoice number in public) 

 

I haven't received any emails or premium services.

Since none of your accounts have Premium, I'll escalate this so that someone higher up can figure out how to refund that charge.
