Spotify skipping songs on phone won´t work

I am having this same problem. I've had premium for a couple of years now and suddenly it's not letting me use all of the features. Some of the features are working, like getting to choose what song i want to listen to and downloading offline but I cant queue music, or skip back to a song and it's playing my saved music on shuffle instead of playing it in the order it is downloaded. Please help.

After my premium subscription ran out and was reactivated I can no longer switch songs. Re-installing changed nothing unfortunately. Anything else I should try? Thanks in advance
