I received an email supposedly from Spotify questioning my payment. Opening line is "We're sad to see you go" and continues 

We couldn't take your payment, so we have paused your subscription for now
You will now start hearing ads and you can no longer listen to your favourite songs offline. The good news is, Premium is just a click away.

The email looks like click bait but I wanted to verify because I value my account and have no intention of cancelling. I am listening to Spotify in my home right now and nothing seems to have changed. Any advice?
