move offline storage

I cant get logged ninto my spotify account . says I am n offline mode didnt know I was how do I fix this I log n thru /facebook Ive tried everything not real comp literate .Ive changed my FB password as well help pls !!!! says errror 101

I am going to move your post into its own topic so it is easier to find! 

Error 101 is a connection error, normally caused by firewall or other security software blocking Spotify's connections. What security software do you use? You will need to add Spotify as an exception.
