Re-subscription

Got re-subscripted without my permishion.... and I am bloddy annoyed!!! I canselled my subscription for a reason and I found out that I was subscribed again... I want my money back!

Please, check your inbox, when a user successfully cancel the subscription receives a confirmation email. If you had received it, you might have another account subscribed to Premium, if you hadn't received it, you didn't cancel your Premium subscription.

 

If you want your money back and you think you're eligible for a refund you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.

 

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉
