Reactivating spotify premium account after accidently withdrawing the payment

My grandfather accidently withdrawed his payment from spotify and now he cant login, because they turnedoff his account. How can i reactivate his account or is it deactivated forever?

It's verly likely that his account has been automatically blocked because of the chargeback. He should contact Spotify Support through one of the channels below so they can look into this:
