I am so frustrated with spotify right now. I don't understand why I can't contact them directly to have my issue resolved. I upgraded my service to the premium family plan but when I send an invitation to my husband and son it is just taking them to a credit card screen. They are getting a message that they are not able to accept the invitation and to have it resent. I have sent it several times with the same results. Can someone help me please before I give up and just cancel my membership.

Welcome to the forums, and I am sorry to hear about the issues you and your family have had!

 

Before we begin, can you just check that when resent the invites to them that they clicked the 'CANCEL INVITE' before trying again?

 

 

Also, before resending this time could you clear cookies/cache on each device in question and try in an incognito browser? Also can you confirm that when they are trying to join that you are all on the same network/address?
