Really screwed the pooch on upgrading my account.

Hey! Thanks in advance for reading this! I recently tried to upgrade my account. When I did I ended up making two accounts one with some random number "1255358436" as my username and the other with the wrong email address. I would like to cancel the acount with the number as the username and change the email on the other. Well I can't do either because I don't know the password to the numbered account and the one with the wrong email say's someone already is registered under my email. Thanks!

I would suggest you get in touch directly with the customer services team using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

Thanks! I contacted them a few days ago but I haven't received any reply from them. How long does it usually take?

They normally answer all queries within 48 hours (excluding weekends). 

If you don't hear back in another few days, post your case number here and I will grab a member of the forum staff to case it up for you 😉

It should be in one of the email messages you got when you first submitted the contact request. Check your spam/junk folders for a reply, as they often get caught up in those!

They have never replied to my email. Since my email isn't right on the account, I wrote in the message my correct email but still haven't recieved anything.

Did you get an automated reply with a case number in it? 

If so post it here and I will see if I can grab someone to look into it.

No I never received any kind of automated reply they have the wrong email address on file. Trying to correct that is seems to be dificult ha!
