Recall Spotify premium

Hi, I wanted to recall my spotify premium account but I forgot my password. So I changed it and at the same time my username changed too. Now I can log in with my new passwort and username, but my account is not premium anymore. It's the Free version, althought I didn't recall anything yet. Does it mean that now I have a new Account and my old one is still premium? --> If that's the case how can I now recall it? I don't want to pay for something I don't have anymore.

Or is my premium account automatically recalled because of the changing of my  password?

Please help me!

Hmm sounds to me you have a second account. Your username cannot change at all.

Please check your e-mail to find a Spotify receipt and in it you will find a username. That should be the one for your Spotify account.

Also have in mind that if you have been logging in with an e-mail/username account and you are free, try with Facebook since some people get confused when creating their accounts. Else, viceversa.

This happens more often than you might think, and we’ve even got a handy flow-chart to help you solve this conundrum.

i set up my premuim account with an old workl email, so i dont have any emails that reference my username. I cant recall my username and now when i login with facebook it does not show i am premium or have my play lists. what do i do from here?  All i need is my username, i can recall my poassword
