Receipts don't match up from Apple to Spotify

Receipts don't match up from Apple to Spotify

So I paid for the month of February and received the receipt from Apple but when I go onto my Spotify account to look at my receipts, it only shows up to January. Therefore, I am locked out of my premium account. I have reached out several times to customer service but still no help and really frustrating. I do not have multiple accounts ok Spotify either so I know I'm on the right one. Anybody else run into this and know how to fix it?

Hey @nico42,

 

Up until recently, it was possible to subscribe to Premium via iTunes. But doing so required an additional charge on top of the standard rate. So, Spotify decided to cut out the middleman by discontinuing iTunes subscriptions.

 

The good news is you can enjoy Premium for less, and it’s super easy! Just head to http://spoti.fi/2dXPfzf and upgrade to Premium. 🙂
