Receipts no longer available on account page

My Question or Issue

Receipts are no longer available on the account page.
Need a receipt for my May payment.

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

 

The receipts should still be available on the this page. Do you only miss the payment for May?

 

If you've had any failed payments, we'd recommend double checking if you see a payment for May on your bank statement. 

 

If the payment has been processed, it's possible that you have 2 accounts with us and that payment is on a different account.

 

Take a look at this page under ''Do you have more than one Premium account?'' to see what you can do to locate your second account.
