My profile shows an email address (which is ok, it is my main email), but my receipts still come via an old email which I must get rid of. How can I change that?

When we subscribe using Ebanx, we need to add an email address to receive Ebanx notifications, but this doesn't need to be the email they registered on our Spotify account. In this case, it's possible that you added the old email address there.
Can you please reach out to Ebanx directly so they can give you a hand with changing this info? If Ebanx can't help you with that, I suggest that you cancel your subscription so your account will revert to the free service. Then you can subscribe again using the email you want in the payment checkout page so all new notifications for the new subscription are sent to the new email.

Yes, I know the link you have referred to. But when my old e-mail get cancelled, I will not get the receipts via e-mail anymore.
My Spotify account was created via Facebook, which used my old e-mail. Since then, I changed my e-mail field on Facebook and on Spotify, but I still receive the receipts, that are sent by Ebanx, by the way, via my old e-mail.

I'm facing the same problem. In my case, EBANX is sending the receipt to my work account. I tried to contact EBANX support, but they said they use the email provided by Spotify during payment and asked to look for Spotify to fix it.
