Receive mail

Hi!

I've been waiting for the Year in Music-mail from you guys, but it hasn't showed up yet. Why don't I receive any mail from spotify although the notification settings are right?
Last time I received mail from Spotify was in october. How can I get my Year in Music?
I hope it's not too late, because I've really been looking forward to this!

Thank you for responding so fast 🙂 
I've seen that post before, and followed the advice: "We’d strongly recommend opting into News & Offers email notifications here before Sunday, December 18th, 12:01 AM EST, and ensuring the email address on your account (here) is valid with proper spelling.". I still didn't get the mail Desember 18th 😞 
Is it possible to change this?

I don't think so. The post also said "Please note that due to the reasons specified above, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the email."
