Received a Payment not succeeded email?

Received a Payment not succeeded email?

Just received an e-mail that the last payment through Pay-Pal wasn't successful. This is pretty odd because my creditcard is not expired, has not reach the monthly limit and has been used for other paypal transactions that same day.

Do Spotify try to charge my Paypal account again for this period or do I have to make a manual payment?

At least when you pay with credit card, Spotify wil retry at least once in the same day. If stil failed, they don't retry anymore.

 

You can also pay manually however, if double-payment to same account, you will receive 2 months of Premium in that case.

If your account is still showing as premium on your online overview you don't need to do anything, Spotify will retry the payment in a few days. If your account has reverted to Spotify free, follow the steps to resubscribe.
