Received email that i cancelled my account!



Today i received email from Spotify saying that i have cancelled my account, but i never did. I been logged out from all the devices (phone and computer). When i try to log in says my email address doesnt exist. Payments are fine and next one is due only end of the month 😞 i havent made any changes to my account either, so i dont understand whats happening.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can look into this. 🙂

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
