Receivership

The company that i work for valley girl nz has just gone into receivership therefore i am unable to pay for my subscription is there anyway of freezing it paying again later when i have the funds

Hey @Sherrinaxx,

You should cancel and delete your current payment info. You will still be Premium until the remaining days of your current subscription are used up. You account won't be deleted, and your library, playlists, friends, etc. will be preserved.

1. Go to your Subscription page.

2. Click UPDATE DETAILS. If it shows below 'Would you like to cancel your subscription?' click there and cancel.

3. Check the box to 'Remove', and click 'Change' button,

Note: If you have your Premium active you won't be able to remove your payment info. That's why it's important to cancel before clicking UPDATE DETAILS.

Without any payment details, no new charges can be made, but if you're an iPhone user, you do need to check your iTunes subscriptions for Auto Renewals and turn it off for Spotify.

You can later resubscribe to Premium, once your situation improves.
