Receiving Spotify Emails in wrong language

I've had spotify premium for over a year, but just in the last two months I've started receiving Spotify Marketing emails that are written in spanish?

I dont mind marketing emails so I dont want to unsubscribe but I dont want to have to translate all the emails either.  Whats going on??
