Recent Playlist showing foreign language songs I never played

I am about ready to cancel my premium subscription due to fears the account is compromised.  I have ran multiple virus scans on all computers, tablets and phones running spotify, changed passwords multiple times, and still get the same result - every month or two I find the recently played list shows foreign songs I never listened to.  I do not use Facebook or any other social media.  I must log into Spotify by user name and password which I have just changed again!!!!!  Apparently Spotify has some serious security issues.

There is not even a stupic "contact us" link to send a private email so I am posting this online.  If there is anything that can be done to resolve this, I am willing to try.  

Otherwise, playstation needs to look for another music partner...
