Recently Played feature doesn't work on desktop

My Question or Issue

The "recently played" feature doesn't seem to work, it shows an empty page saying "Nothing here yet. Music will appear as you listen". However this situation has been lasting for months and I never stopped listening to music either on this laptop, or on my mobile, as well as desktop from work. There's no problem on my mobile tough.

Hey @InesA1.

Could you send us the exact Spotify version you're running on desktop? Also, please send us a screenshot of what you see on your end.

In the meantime, try reinstalling Spotify to see if it helps.

Anyway; here attached screenshot of what I see.

I have to say that I use spotify on three devices: my phone, my personal laptop (with which I have a problem displaying recently played music, and my desktop at work).
