Recently Played not updating.

Recently Played not updating.

My recently played list hasn't updated for the last couple months.  It is the same for all devices that I use including Android, iOS, Windows and Web.  I've changed my password and forced sign out of all devices.  Uninstalled on all devices and reinstalled, but the single entry in that list has stayed there and not updated with anything I've listened to since this started happening.
