Recently bought premium, still getting ads and various messages telling me to upgrade.

Hello, I just bought a premium subscription and the windows app keeps telling me to upgrade and I still have ads. When I try to take a playlist into offline mode, it tells me "this feature is only available to premium members"

I tried logging in and out various times and even deleting and reinstalling the app and it still doesn't recognize that I have an premium account now.

Any help would be appreciated.

sir you and I should go get sucker tatoo's. I fell for it to. You pay them 10 dollars and they do nothing. we cant even report them to the bbb cuz their in the UK so I don't even know how to take legal action against them
