Recently played history has people I didn't listen to

When I check my recent histroy on spotify it has weird arties I've never heard of named "Lex Poss" who has 7 followers but 200-300k listens per song. Yes I have changed my password and forgoten all devices and signed out of everywhere, what else more can I do? Maybe this guy is hacking accounts and playing his music to get noticed?

Thanks for the copy pasted solution, but I figured out it has to do with access tokens that hackers use to boost plays on their songs and make more revenue. So basically my account didn't get hacked but it is up to spofity to fix this access token bug and provent people from exploiting this.
