Es molesto que reproduzcan canciones en tus listas cuando en teoría tengo la función desactivado. Es molesto estar escuchando la música de mi biblioteca y que aparezcan canciones que yo no seleccione 😤😡. Además de cambiarte el modo aleatorio cuando se les da la gana, sin que yo lo seleccione.

These types of cases are commonly related to secondary devices that have the account logged in and are controlling playback by mistake. If you have a Duo or a Family subscription, make sure that all other members are logged in to their respective accounts instead of yours to avoid changing the playback options.


If the issue persists, we'd recommend performing a security process by following the steps mentioned in this article in the section Still have access to your account? Keep in mind that the email and password you set for your account are personal details and should not be shared with other users.


Lastly, as this could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.
