My Question or Issue

 

I have been trying to use the Recover Playlists services on my account and I keep getting errors.  Sometimes it's the errors below, sometimes its bad gateway error.   

 

'We had an error retrieving your deleted playlist. Please try again later.'

 

Any suggestions what the problem is and how it can be resolved?

Contacted online support and they were able to recover my playlists.

 

still don’t understand why the recently deleted files link did not work.

Hey @user-removed!

 

Please go ahead and try these steps: 

 

  1. Do a soft reset (restart the device, power off then power back on
  2. If that didn’t work, log out, then log back in.

That doesn't work.

 

I went to https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/recover-playlists/ and below is the error message I get. 

 

Can anyone else navigate to this site?

Thanks for that image. When I log in to my account, everything works fine. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to anyones personal account. 

 

In this case, please go ahead and try another browser, and use that same link. If using Chrome, try incognito mode.

Still get the same error regardless of browser. 

 

I can login to my account fine from a browser, it's this site I cannot access https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/recover-playlists/

 

I occasionally get this other error message, see attached

 

Is there any other way to recover deleted playlists?

Tried multiple devices and networks and still no joy.
