Recover lost playlist and also recover my premium acct

I need help recovering my playlist. Went to play my music and notice all my playlist were gone and I need the music for my wedding. Also, I'm paying for the premium service but my acct gives me free access which is limited.....i need back my premium access

Normally when this happens all you need to do is log out and back in again using your unique Spotify username rather than your email address.
