Recover page doesn't work

Recover page doesn't work

Hi all,

 

I'm aware of the recover webpage yet this doesn't seem to work anymore. It works fine for one Spotify profile of mine but for the other I get the following message:

 

''An error has occurred please try again later''.

Does anyone has the same issue?
