Redeemed $10 Gift Card - Now says I have to Pay with my CC

I am extremely extremely upset! I had redeemed a spotify $10 gift card code, stating that I had a 1 Month Credit onto my account. This was done prior to my expiration date, that indicated 5/31/2013. When I redeemed my code, it changed the date to 6/1/2013. I was assuming that my premium membership credit would kick in. Now it is saying that I need to pay with my CC on file! There is something absolutely completely wrong with this picture! I have left several tweets on every single spotify twitter account to rectify this situation! This is truly an inconvenience!

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can hopefully get the gift card up and running for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
