Redeemed Codes are not extending my expiration date

Redeemed Codes are not extending my expiration date

I just went to redeem two gift cards.  When I entered the second card my account date did not extend out an additional month.  Right now with two codes entered - both say my Prem sub ends in Dec'14.  I took screen grabs of my Account Receipts history and both redemption action detail pages.  I do not want to be double billed and/or lose out on my additional month.

I think that you won't be double billed because of the two redeemed codes.

But I reccomend you to contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

I was planning to redeem two gift cards at the same time too. Please tell me if this was solved. (:
