Redeemed a Gift Card, it shows up under "Receipts" yet I've just been downgraded from Premium.

I've just redeemed a Gift Card successfully and it even shows under "Receipts" yet my Premium status has been revoked. I had been getting emails warning me to "Change Payment Details" and I bought a Gift Card instead and redeemed it. After redeeming it and it showing up under "Receipts" I still got emails warning my subscription would end. Last month I did exactly the same (Redeeming a Gift Card instead of updating payment details) but this month it didn't work. I'm now a "free user" even tho I redeemed a Gift Card on September 30, 2016 with a month value.

Hi,

I'd suggest to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.

I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you there 🙂
