Redeemed my card and I'm still not premium

Hi, I redeemed my gift card and I got the "Your account has been credited with 3 months of premium". Even though I got this after I redeemed my card I still haven't gotten unlimited time and it seems my account is still "Free User". I can't redeem my Gift card again so what should I do?

Im sorry, I fixed it on my own. The problem was that i actually redeemed my card on my facebook account i didnt have it connected to my spotify.

I think I did the same but I can't solve mine... When I try to connect to my facebook acount Spotify just crashes all the time.
