Reduce Family Plan

Reduce Family Plan

I'm paying for me and two family member with the Family plan. How to I go back to paying for just me and one member more?

Maybe for my nephew and wife but wife can't change country and has to continue with her own account.

Hey there @ebelchior and welcome to the community!

 

According to the FAQ article, to reduce the number of subaccounts in your Family plan, you'll need to cancel first from your current plan and re-subscribe to a new plan with the number of subaccounts you require.

What do you mean exactly? Can you take a screenshot of what happens?  Family plans are usually like the following, from 2 to 5 members:

You can try deleting the cache memory in your browser or opening an incognito window if it persists.
