So after a month of a free trial, I unsubscribed from Premium so that I wouldn't have to pay for the next month. I guess something didn't go through with the unsubscription and I was still charged. I would like a refund, and I can not get in contact with anyone who can help me. Please help me out.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

I already did this and they did not help me.
How long has it been since you contact support? They usually take 24-48 hours to reply.
If they still haven't replied after 48 hours, post back here and let me know the case number. If you don't have a case number, just say that you don't have one. I can then ask support to reply to you.
