Refund and start subscription for Starbucks Partners

My payment cycle started 10/10 and I forgot to cancel by then so that I could switch to my Spotify for Partners it possible to get a refund for this last cycle, cancel, then switch to that plan? I'm not able to use that until my payment cycle ends again, and I would really like to not pay $10 for another month.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
