Refund for charged more than student discount.

Hello,

 

I moved from Apple Music to Spotify because I liked the social aspect of Spotify. However, for the past couple months I've been charged $5 extra because I did not "renew" my identity as a student. Will I be able to get a refund for the months because the student discount is made for a reason: we're broke college students. If not then I'll gladly switch back to Apple because I don't want to keep supporting thieves/ scam artists with "fine print" nonsense.

Please get in touch with the customer service team with this contact form so they can take a look into your issue and decide if you're eligable for the refund. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will be able to help you with the refund.
