Refund from falsely charged spotify family subscription

My Question or Issue

I hade been trying to get a premium family subscription using a debit card. As soon as the transaction happened there comes a warning message stating that the card doesn't allow monthly billing. I had been charged 179 INR. But it's been 24 hrs since the transaction and the refund amount  still hasn't been received. The Spotify help support seems to be down. What do you want me to do ?

We're sorry to hear you're having some trouble with your payment. Don't worry - we're here to help.

 

If the payment didn't go through successfully after your bank or credit card company already placed a temporary authorization on the funds, the charge will expire and the funds will soon reappear on your statement again. The time this takes can vary depending on your bank/credit card company. You can read more about pending charges here.

 

I'd suggest you wait for a day or two and if it has not been returned, reach out to our support teams to check it further for you.

Or is there something else I am missing.
