My Question or Issue
I hade been trying to get a premium family subscription using a debit card. As soon as the transaction happened there comes a warning message stating that the card doesn't allow monthly billing. I had been charged 179 INR. But it's been 24 hrs since the transaction and the refund amount still hasn't been received. The Spotify help support seems to be down. What do you want me to do ?
