I have a pending transaction for the student discount but I didn't sign up for it
And my Spotify account is still on free

What should I do?
I don't want to be charged, and if I am I want I refund

If you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or one of the social media channels. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
