Hello, I thought I had canceled my premium subscription a long time ago but was charged $9.99 yesterday. I barely use spotify and would really like a refund. I've just gone and canceled it (again) but it says the change will only come into effect next month. Is there any way to get refunded for this month because I won't use it enough to justify $9.99? Thanks,

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form to discuss a refund. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
