Regarding 29 days offline renew on mobile

Regarding 29 days offline renew on mobile

Hello,

 

I have just recently upgarded to Premium because of the offline use for mobile. I noticed it says "You have 29 days before you go online"? I thought offline was permanent and did not need to do that??? I dropped Slacker to come to you guys. Can you give a better explanation on that 29 day renewal?

Hey 🙂 

 

You need to go online on the Spotify client on your mobile device at least once every 30 days just so the application can verify your Premium subscription is still active.

Ok...but they are charging you regardless if you go online or not...so you are a paying customer!!!!! And they delete your offline content???? REALLY!!!
