My Question or Issue

 I have a bought a premium for family on 12th Nov 18. I found to be charged wrongly for $9.99/month insteadof promotional first month charges. I'm quite confused for the amount on the receipt as it varies from what was mentioned on the website earlier.

Well, a few things you can do to clear things out.

First of all have you picked trial period or have you went straight to premiun account?

if you checked trial check the terms and conditions of it here maybe it'll shed some light on you issue and the account you chose.
