Registered for 3 month $0.99 premium trial and being charged full price!

Registered for 3 month $0.99 premium trial and being charged full price!

I just went to sign up for the 3 month trial where you pay $0.99/month, and the next thing I know I've got a message saying that the full $9.99 charge starts now! I'm definitely not ready for that - I really am still trying to decide if I want to subscribe permanently. Where is the 3 month trial deal I was promised?? How do I fix this? There seems to be NO way to actually contact Spotfy (which = very bad customer service). Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you!
