 Registre mi cuenta de Facebook en Spotify pero quiero registrar mi cuenta email a esa cuenta de Spotify pero resulta que esta registrada a una cuenta email que no conozco que es <Mod edit: personal info>  quisiera saber como es posible cambiar mi cuenta de correo.

Sounds like you might have multiple Spotify accounts. Try following the suggestions on this support page to check.

About updating your email address, if find an account already using your email address, you can close it following these steps. Once it's closed, you'll be able to update the address without any trouble.
