My Question or Issue

I've tried to register an new Spotify account with an email account I have created just minutes ago. Spotify tells me that the email-adress has already been used, which is not possible. Trying to reset the password of the non-existing account doesn't work. Can someone explain me what I am doing wrong or is it Spotifiy's fault?

First of all, could you try to sign up using another device or browser? Maybe it can be a cache issue you're experiencing.

Also, is this email address already linked to a Facebook account or Apple ID that you probably have used to create an account on Spotify?
