Regretted downgrade to "Unlimited" - What Now ?!

Well, I'll try to describe my problem in this forum - since Spotify appearently don't find my payments good enough to provide chat support 😉 (maybe I'm wrong - but I couldn't find any).

I have downgraded my account from Premium to Unlimited, which will go through in a week or so. Now I regret - but I don't seem to find a way to cancel my new subscription.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to cancel that change for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
