Reinstalled Spotify and now the app won't open

I uninstalled Spotify (following instructions to do it correctly) and, I did this because it kept giving me the error message "No Internet Connection" yet Im always on WiFi at my home, and, so there's no reason for it,and my Internet connections were perfect. I was told uninstalling and reinstalling might fix the issue. I do that...and have a few times since, but the app logo comes on and my login saying it'll automatically log me in using Google SaveD Password stuff and the logo just sits there, frozen. I wait to close the app, and see if it just has to load everything but nothing happens. It's just sitting there. What's up?

Can you let us know the make, model, and OS version of the device where you're having this issue? We'd also like to know if the same happens in another device connected to the same network.
