Hey @ShamanCJ,


Help's at hand. At the bottom of that email, it seems you have two options.


You can click through a link to verify your account to join the Premium for Family plan, or you can start your own regular Premium subscription if you're not eligible.


We'd suggest verifiying your account through the link in order to join the plan again.

i got the exact same problem, so i clicked the link at the bottom of email to verify my account, but i just got redirected to home page for Spotify Family instead ( I don't see here any options to verify my account. Can someone help? Thanks.Screenshot_1.png
