My Question or Issue

When logging in (either on spotify.com or the player) there is a tick option "remember me".

When I un-tick it > log in > log out it is ticked again and I have to un-tick it every time.

My question is WHY FOR GOD SAKE? I want it to be un-tick every time!

How can I acomplish this?

I've tried it as you mentioned.

I use Mozilla, both cache and cookies erased.

Logged in with un-ticked "rememeber me" option, logged out and option "remember me" was ticked again when trying to log in.

I suspected this won't work due to:

a) as I mentioned this is happening also on the Spotify player

b) according to second reply here from another user, this is expected behaviour

Understood. Accepted your answer as solution then.

In my opinion, this sohuld be however changed.

I understand that Spotify as a company is prefering as easiest GUI for user to navigate as possible, thus removing an option to log in every time by ticking "remember me" option always on... however when an user un-ticks it, he is clearly saying he does not want to be remembered (perhaps multiple users are using one PC or whatever) and thus "remember me" option should stay un-ticked for him.
