Remove Spotify, unregognised login

Remove Spotify, unregognised login

Sonos has decided not to recognise my spotify login calling it invalid. Just about to throw my PC, tablet and sonos out of the window and call my lawyers. I wouldn't feel so inclined to do this were there some help available but there isn't. SO I'm posting here hoping that someone will have an idea. Everything has been fine up until now. I have switched off all my sonos devices, I have rebooted mt ipad, not sure i can do much else. Any suggestions (solutions) preferably from spot ivy as I'm paying YOU.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

First thing to do, open a case with Spotify technical support using the online contact form as they are the best people to check out your account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Secondly, is your account definitely showing as Premium on your online overview and the next renewal date shown isn't in the past? Are you logging in using Facebook or a Spotify username?
