Remove a device from my Spotify account

I have Spotify premium and a denon Avr S7100W receiver and I stream music from my iPhone to it. But the problem is my friend has the exact same receiver and once I streamed music to his receiver one evening now when ever I am doing it on mine something always happens and it ends up streaming music to his receiver 100 miles away. I have reset all networks saved in my iPhone changed the network name of my receiver ect ect and it's still a problem, I really need to remove his device from my list please help before he kills me or my iPhone

You should be able to sign out of it by pressing "Sign out everywhere" on https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/. If that doesn't help, try changing your password :).
