Hey @user-removed, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

I'll be happy to help. To confirm, do you need to cancel your subscription (where your subscription reverts to the Free version but you still have your account) or would you like to permanetly close your account?

Keep me posted 🙂

Remove and  permanetly close my account thanks.

Follow these steps https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/account_help/close-account/

How to close your account

It’s only possible to close an account if it’s on our free, ad-supported service. If you have Premium, you first need to cancel.

  1. Log in to close your account here.
Note: Be sure to cancel any subscriptions first.
  2. Select Account and login help.
  3. Select I want to close my account permanently.
  4. Continue through the steps.

Hey @user-removed.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Once you close your account, you won’t have access to any of the following:

  • Your username, it can’t be used with Spotify again.
  • Your playlists, followers, and everything saved in Your Library.
  • If you have the student discount, you won’t be able to apply it to another account until 12-months have elapsed since you signed up for it.

Also, please make sure that you're on the Free version of Spotify. If you currently have Premium, you need to cancel that first and wait until your subscription reverts to free before closing your account. There are steps on canceling Premium here.

Once you've done that - you can close your account following these steps.

I'm sorry to hear that you don't want to keep your account, and I hope you have a great rest of your day ahead 🙂
