Remove account

Hi There!

I want to remove my spotify account because I don't need anymore.

I tried to log in and search something in my account but there isn't any option to cancel my subscription..

Can anyone help me ??  Please...

To delete you account, you will have to contact support:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Thank you very much. I also tried a couple of times the contact with spotify support, but I got only automated

replies...and no changes.. Otherwise I just used Spotify under Windows without Premium.

So.. I still dont know what can I do... I already tried almost everything.. What could be the solution ?

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it and tell them you still need help, even if it was from a no-reply address.
